Very slow speed. Unacceptable. Fix it please !

Though it has had some smaller problems on my MacBook Air. On the iPhone I simply cant connect to any servers at all. Total bust so far, and Ill be letting my paid subscription expire and finding another service if that keeps up.

Going downhill fast. Connections are made, or at least thats what the app states, but the IP address does not change for an age if at all. No remote IP address no ability to access the remote services. If connection is established then the connection can be so slow as to rendering useless. Hunting for useful locations is a terrible use to time. Pity. The subscription is due for renewal shortly. Probably I will look elsewhere instead of continuing with this.

IPVanish has good customer support. I could not connect with iOS app while the desktop app worked okay. So after some email support exchanges, the work around is this. - If you are using your email address as the account ID, iOS app will not be able to connect to the VPN server. - So you need to use an account ID with no special characters. I was able to connect with this work-around.

One of the worst VPNs -blocks almost everything its so private. If you want security to do nothing, then this is for you otherwise leave well alone

I like this service on my computer but it no longer works on iOS. Turn it on and it stops all internet activity. It used to work great a few months ago, but no more.

On a fresh restore of iOS 9.3.1 on iPhone 6 Plus, the Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas servers do not work on ikev2 protocol. Very slow and intermittent. Ipvanish works great on my MacBook when I connect from the same wifi. Its not my location or isp since it works on my MacBook when connecting from the same network. Please fix this app.

Used to be great. I travel a lot so it was great to help me catch up on shows from overseas. A few months ago it quit working correctly. SUPER slow. Cant load anything off the internet. Bought a new iPad and it wont even connect no matter which server I try. A shame as it still works great on my PC. Now I have to go pay for a totally new VPN.

Junk. Go with another service as this one is not good. iOS app says its connected to the server you choose but you dont get a connection, nothing loads.

Doesnt work anymore despite reinstalling. Specifically it prevents internet access. Did the shut down their servers while continuing to bill users?

Since the last two updates of iOS it has been so bad I cant use it on my ipad or my iphone. Even though I am paid up for 9 more months, I am looking for another vpn!

This just flat out doesnt work. It connects to the VPN and then your phone cant access the Internet. I have given them almost a month to fix this before writing my review. It doesnt work over WiFi or LTE. I have used several other VPNs without issue.

Broken app. All apps wont load the internet correctly. They time out with the app using IKEv2 and IPSec. Its okay without the app using L2TP in iOS 9.3.1 but no point in using it because you have to manually connect all the time as it automatically disconnects. I will not renew my subscription.
