VPN works great, too bad US Netflix doesnt work anymore for Canada.

Just renewed my 1 year service before moving from Canada to China. Unfortunately, not a single server will connect on any wifi I have connected to here. Im paying annually now for a tier 1 service which doesnt work, at all, in China. Went to the App Store, downloaded a random, and free, VPN and it works. Tried connecting on both IPSec and IKEv2, neither worked with IPVanish. Why am I paying for a service that doesnt work when free ones do?! Having the option to select the city you want to connect in based on number of servers etc is cool. I appreciate that they are a tier 1 service (own all their own network equipment) and dont outsource the network infrastructure or sell your data. This just isnt relevant anymore now I that live in China. Having the best system is worthless if it wont connect. Requests: Stop time stamps on bandwidth or IP logging. Add Auto-reconnect when connection drops would be a big bonus. A little frustrated about not having OpenVPN protocols on iOS devices. Noticeable lag in performance and some security concerns while running IKEv2/IPSec protocols. Its also cool that you can use Bitcoin/PayPal to pay if you sign up on the website.

This was working well but now, with 7 days left in my monthly subscription I cant log into any of the servers anywhere. I hope you read this IPVanish because I wont be renewing.

Works well with computer and iPad but does not work with iPhone 5s using IOS 9.3.1

I have been having a bit of luck over the past two weeks. No problems getting BBC or STV, previous to that it was very disappointing only worked intermittently. Hoping it is now over the hump and have no future problems.

Wont connect on iPhone . Emailed help no reply works fine on computer .

It was perfect in the trial period but when i payed for another week its not connecting , i am very frustrated

Every update makes it crapper and crapper on either IPad or IPhone . Still works ok on PC or Mac.. But hardly or rather actually useless on the above mentioned units. Not worth the $77.00 US they charge for the year. Ipvanish? Now my $77.00 has vanished

Easy to use, nice layout, price for service is very reasonable. Excellent app.

After updating to the latest version, it continuosly crashing after starting up the application. Do something!!

Even if I get a connection it is so slow that unusable. Tried different servers. Sad...
