IPVanish: Best VPN & Secure IP App Reviews

This used to work intermittently, but as of now, completely broken on at least the current version of iOS. Does not connect on either the iPad nor iPhone. Unfortunately, I paid for one year to "save" money.

It wont connect!!!!!! It gives me a red signal

Used to work but that was months ago. Connects and gives me a new IP address but I cant get to anyplace on the Internet! PLEASE FIX THIS BROKEN APP!

Should have read the reviews before I updated. Now Ive got nothing. It doesnt log on.

ipvanish works really well on my iPhone 6, most of the time I forget its running. It auto reconnects if youre changing networks (home wifi to mobile data) and it doesnt lag. I wish there were notifications to remind me it was still on when I forget to shut it off.

Doesnt work on my iPhone 6 or iPad Air. Please fix.

Theyve issued another update and now it partially works for me, but the majority of websites still will not load. Its strange because a few websites do load with no problems now. I really like the software for my PC and it works flawlessly, but for some reason they can not get this app to consistently to do what its supposed to do. Ive been with IPVanish for almost three months now and this app hasnt worked since I started with them. I am able to manually create a L2TP VPN connection that works okay, but I would prefer to use IKEv2 and they do not support manually creating a VPN connection with this protocol. I am on a month to month subscription because I wanted to try out their service before paying for a long term subscription, but Im going to have to consider other providers if this is not resolved soon. Ive emailed them quite a few times and they keep saying that this will be resolved, but they can not give me a timeframe for this. Ive noticed a recent review from someone with an iPhone 6 who says that its working great for them and I cant help but wonder why its not working on my new iPhone SE. This is getting to be ridiculous for a company that claims to be a tier one provider!

I see a review dated 04/21/16 that states that its working great for them on their iPhone 6, but on my iPhone SE all apps and most websites will not load when connected to VPN using this app. I noticed there was recent update so I had hopes that it would work correctly, but its still not working for me. I can manually create a L2TP connection that works ok, so I know its not my device or my account that is the problem. I would prefer to use IKEv2 but they do not support manually creating this VPN profile, so the app is the only way to this protocol to work and its pretty much useless. Ive been a member for three months now and this app hasnt been working for that whole time. The PC software is flawless and Im very happy with the connections speeds and stability. I expected more from a company that claims to be a teir one provider. This is rediculous!

Doesnt work on iPad in France, despite repeated tries. Am unsubscribing.

Wasnt working for iOS for awhile, but happily its back and working for most sites. Ive noticed Google doesnt connect well, but most sites load just fine again.

Its been a few months and it still doesnt work. I shouldnt of prepaid for a whole year of service.
