Work around for connection problem

IPVanish has good customer support. I could not connect with iOS app while the desktop app worked okay.

So after some email support exchanges, the work around is this.

- If you are using your email address as the account ID, iOS app will not be able to connect to the VPN server.

- So you need to use an account ID with no special characters.

I was able to connect with this work-around.
