The connection from Milan works very slow. Just for reference: my original network has: ping=3ms, download = 93,31Mbps, upload=93,55 Mbps. When I use this VPN: ping=841ms, download=0,41Mbps, upload=2,13 Mbps. How can this be improved?

Is two weeks than Italian servers are not worked. I am sorry because befit they worked in good way.

Italian servers either down or linked to other locations since almost one month. Avoid subscribing if looking for them!!!

I paid for a full year and stoped working after 5 months.

I use Pandora while outside the USA.... This software is flawless on my computer. However.... On my iOS, (it hangs 85% of the time) my pandora and other stuff while connected to the USA....

I dont know why other people say its Scotty, because my experience has been nothing but simple and speedy. The thing you cannot forget to set is the "always on" feature. Go to the ipvanish app and then click the bars in the upper left corner to view the settings. Then click the On Demand tab to reveal the "always on" on/off toggle button. Toggle to ON and your device will always use this VPN when online. And for some reason (not sure f is good or bad yet) when idle for even a long while after the screen times out, the connection to the ISP and VPN are still running connected. Usually the wifi would stay on but the connection would drop while idle to save energy, then automatically reconnect once the user turns on the screen. "Always on" might be a title more literal than first thought.

Tried multiple US based IP addresses with no luck. App says go into menu and disable auto-renew to unsubscribe; still looking for that option

Whenever I check my email, the hour glass constantly spins. I have to shut the VPN down to check my emails. Yesterday I was in Starbucks and it keep dropping!!! I will be looking for another VPN network.

I have this app for a while now and its always been iffy but I somehow got it to work with a few refreshes....but now its not working all together.. Might have cancel.....it wont recognize my new location on certain sites. Ughhhh so frustrating.... Can you do an update?
