Non è possibile optare per il protocollo openvpn e inoltre è possibile scegliere la nazione del server ma non il server infatti non ci sono indicazioni sulle percentuali di utilizzo come lapp di windows.

Il supporto cliente non è in grado di capire i tuoi problemi e risponde sempre in modo generico. Questo ti fa perdere tempo e soldi. Ho chiedo milioni di volte che volevo cancellare il rinnovo automatico per il loro servizio ma avevo problemi con la loro pagina web (che non funziona correttamente) e non mi dava la possibilità di farlo da me. Le risposte sono sempre state rassicuranti e poi invece ho ricevuto la fattura annuale di 62,39 $. Sconsigliatissimo!!! Il peggiore che abbia mai usato (e ne ho usato diversi).

I travel a ton internationally and there are some apps that know a VPN is in use. Especially ESPN +. It KILLS me that I can’t watch The Masters even with the IPVanish on.

Connectable to all my devices (5+). Inexpensive, relatively speaking. Easy to use. Tons of different locations to connect to. Highly recommend!!

The IPVanish VPN kicks out and shows a message to contact support and I see myself signing back in like 3 to 4 times a week. Other than that, it is great.

I cancelled my subscription and was still charged. Cancellation didn’t reflect until after I was charged as if I wanted to cancel a subscription for 2026.

I LOVE IT when it works!!! The only problem is every few minutes it disconnects from my iPhone. I look up and it’s disconnected. If it stayed connected for a couple of hours you’d get 5 stars hands down.

Already removed my credit card information and indicated no longer want to renewal. Credit card still got charged and no contact information provided for you to get refunded. Another IT company scamming your money.

First company we used. Been a few years to be precise. Happy to be back. Never had a problem prior to Texas Truman. But it always better the second time around.

Time to switch. Long time customer probably about 4 years. They keep raising prices. Switched NordVPN for a lower price and more servers.

Nothing but problems, the app took 95$ out of my account without my knowledge, why half crooked person has it set up for a year? Be serious, the app took out my last 100$ I need to pay my car insurance, and then they told me I was denied my refund. Nord vpn it is, you had my business but the way you handle the end was wrong.

I’ve had this app for several years and after this last update my iPhone has STOPPED RINGING when I receive phone calls!! (FOR 2 MONTHS NOW!!) You need to update your app PRONTO!! Now I have an iPhone that doesn’t ring when I receive calls and an app that I paid for that is total junk and doesn’t work properly!! FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!

The app worked great, until you try to cancel. I changed my settings in app prior to it auto renewing and they still charged my card. The system does not allow users to remove stored payment types unless you store another. BEWARE.

I used to like IPVanish before they started charging exorbitant fees for their annual plans. Took a lot of effort to cancel the annual auto charged account.

These people have shady bait and switch business tactics , your free trail isn’t free at all try canceling the auto renew and see if you even have access to the app the moment you do it They bait users into a free trial then cut service if you aren’t auto renewing for 90$ a month I’m surprised no one’s sued them for deceptive business practices

They charged me twice per month for one year subscription, customer service not picking phones, not calling back, no responding to messages…

Due to their data breach, I was a victim of identity theft and fraud! I emailed them and called them. They stated someone would email me within two days and it’s been a month. Cancelling my subscription! Was a customer for almost 4 years! Not anymore!

They will cap your download speed to ridiculously slow numbers drop your service randomly and when you reach out they will ignore you and blame you for the issues. Terrible service and support. Avoid at all costs. Spent hours trying to reach anyone and was unable to ever get any help. They absolutely throttle your speeds down to microscopic levels. The worst vpn service ever made period.

I paid 96$ and it’s telling me am blocked from this app it’s a scam n there’s no number to call the number is a fake I would really like my money back I rate it zero. Cloud fare ray will be given up on response

Situation: VPN connnected without trouble for weeks. On travel in New York City the token became invalid. The logs showed many token issues. The app showed a connection error. The VPN allowed data to be sent over an insecure channel with no notifications. There agould have been a time sensitive notification that the connection was lost. The app should have blocked all traffic by default. Failed fixes: Switching different cities in the US failed. Reinstalling VPN config did not work. Temp fix: Switched to ipsec Conclusion: I cannot trust this organization's VPN implementation. Will be searching for another VPN provider. Update - in March 2024 the ticket was submitted to cancel and they did not respond. It is now a year later in almost March 2025 and they charged my credit card even though I have not used the service and have multiple submitted tickets.

Doesn’t throttle me down and works as advertised!!

It used to work great for me, only slightly slowing down my connections. Now it works well for ten minutes or so, then completely stops all internet access. I can’t even disconnect because it’s stalls on “updating server list.” So I have to close the app completely, open it back up, then disconnect before it stalls again. I reinstalled and still have the same problem.

Not really intuitive to set up and seems to glitch a lot when trying to create connections. For the price I would have hoped for a more mature product.

I canceled my subscription. I kept getting billed. I contacted support numerous times, but that doesn’t help. I could never recommend IPVanish. I had to freeze my credit card in order to stop the billing attempts by them after canceling their service! This is the worse company to deal with. Stay away from them! What a nightmare!

If you’re trying to get your 30 day guarantee refund from this app then you’re not in luck. You’ll have to open a link that doesn’t work if you don’t have a ip vanish on already and because this vpn is so bad, nothing will load for you. I’ve searched through 5 different links trying to get my refund with no help and no email back from the company. I am dissatisfied with this app. Free vpns from the apple store are 10x better than this app is.

This app DOES NOT WORK. Once you have it installed and turn it on none of your apps or websites will work. IT IS NOT DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER INTERFACE FOR MOBILE DEVICES HOWEVER IT WORKS WELL WITH FIRE STICK. Understanding that before you purchase will save you money.
